1. Wait time for call centre to fix any issues is too long! I tried biking a taxi for 20 mins this morning with no luck ... I'm now sitting in an uber where the app, booking experience and wait time was flawless! Please get your app fixed!awsome app and service.

2. The recent changes to this app have driven this long-term loyal Silver Service user to other providersI downloaded this app as an alternative to uber to book a taxi for an early flight.

3. Apparently making an advance booking for a taxi to pick you up at a specific time, which is then charged to your card up front, does not mean that a taxi will turn up then.

1. Fix Silver Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Silver Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Silver Service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Silver Service" » Open Silver Service: Chauffeur Taxi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Silver Service » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Silver Service: Chauffeur Taxi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Silver Service servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Silver Service: Chauffeur Taxi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Silver Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Silver Service might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Silver Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Silver Service then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Silver Service not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Silver Service be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
