On-Demand Transit Customer Insights

1. I understand the trips fluctuate, but a pick up should NEVER be scheduled AFTER the Drop-Off time, thats just bad programing or an oversight, and a big one.I've requested a ride at 1:10pm and have been 45 minutes early to where I wanted to go.

2. It shows the number of stops and the van number but not the estimated time that it did before.I have booked multiple busses for pick up and if I'm lucky it's there 30 min after I needed it to arrive, regardless of when I booked it.

3. Don't believe that it has to do with the system cause when first started using this app it was within 20 minutes being picked up.I was confused at the start with Transit Code that I could not find.

4. It needs to be changed to be more efficient, utilize all available buses, and make optimal bus routes to minimize wait time.

5. It has been taking a hour to pick me up from the time I schedule.

6. Buses arrive almost 45 to 60 minutes after your scheduled time.

7. Can't wait to freeze when it gets to winterThis app is just not working right on this phone for some reason when it has worked just fine on another phone that had gotten lost cuz prolly left it behind in a car... Ugh!! 👀‼️I use it in St.Albert and it is horrible.

8. Edit: devs assisted with first problem, 2nd issue immediately after with 'server error ' at sign up.Don't expect to be picked up within the 15 minutes from when the app tells you.

9. Your new app update as of 2023 just installed this week does not show the estimated time any more.

10. I could not test the booking section because I dont use transit and I didnt want to make a fake booking, however all options were there and I have no reason not to think it would work.

11. Then another time I've rquested a ride at 1:30pm and was more that half an hour late to where I was going.
