1. Please fix.the app is very slow and too much things in the way while trying to read , i cant even use copy and paste and i'm paying for the subscription i have to zoom in to see what im reading because the resolution or pixels suck .I am unable to download editions or single articles.
2. Just in the event you might be wondering, I only use Samsung Galaxy Notes so the phone isn't the issue here.I loved the first app, and this one is ok too, it's just that recently the app cannot bring back up the page I was on after my screen auto shuts off after a couple seconds.
3. Just as with the hard copy people can cutout out photocopy, digital subscribers should have the ability to do something similar.This app that has news for Caribbean countries is quite good.
4. This is ridiculously large for such an app.If someone is paying for a digital version of the paper, they should be able to take screenshots of articles, or advertisements as needed.
5. When I download a papers the word "DOWNLOADED" is split across two lines on my S8+ with only the top portion of the second line displayed.
6. It seems "The Digital Guardian took a few steps back" for the length of time the "new app" came on stream, the teething process should have elapsed.
7. Error - PDF not download, 40% of the pages refuse to load.
8. Do better Guardian! Such a turn-off!I keep expecting issues to be fixed with each update.
9. I keep my app updated and since these issues I have cleared data, cache and even reinstalled but the issues persist.A bit disappointed.
10. Have also seen similar issues from other people's phones.
11. Takes too long to load pages.
