1. The accounts experience is a mess and doesn't fulfill on even minimal expectations.so far I find B&B hotels spiffy, clean & safe, but must confess I deal hunt to keep prices down.

2. I tried to take a payment for a property through the website (not the app)and there was some kind of error, which caused it to say your payment card is not authorised.

1. Restart B&B HOTELS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the B&B HOTELS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "B&B HOTELS" » Open B&B HOTELS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for B&B HOTELS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear B&B HOTELS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from B&B HOTELS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "B&B HOTELS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check B&B HOTELS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, B&B HOTELS might not work.
