1. Definitely recommend giving this a go.Very effective tool for developing good sleep routine and getting back to sleep if you need to get up in the night.
2. It has been an excellent supplement to preparation work in EMDR and a tool for de-stressing and reduction of pain.I found this app really effective, do the questionnaire and get a recommended playlist and/or make your own.
3. I use it during the day for 20 minutes at a time to help stop me overthinking that later leads to anxiety or difficulty relaxing, and also at night to get to sleep.
4. Who wants to fall asleep and leave their phone online all night? You should at least mention this requirement in your description, so we know if we're downloading an actual app or just a frontend for a server somewhere.This is a great app.
5. If you are struggling with insomnia and meditation is too hard for whatever reason this might be the app for you!Worked brilliantly until I paid for the full version now it keeps shutting down, can not listen to any of it for more than 5 minutes, waste of money.
6. Mark Grant's Sleep Restore app is a great resource.

8. Seems counterproductive to have to switch that off in the middle of the nightI do not like the sound of Mr Grant's voice & I don't find it soothing.
