1. Definitely recommend giving this a go.Very effective tool for developing good sleep routine and getting back to sleep if you need to get up in the night.

2. It has been an excellent supplement to preparation work in EMDR and a tool for de-stressing and reduction of pain.I found this app really effective, do the questionnaire and get a recommended playlist and/or make your own.

3. I use it during the day for 20 minutes at a time to help stop me overthinking that later leads to anxiety or difficulty relaxing, and also at night to get to sleep.

4. Who wants to fall asleep and leave their phone online all night? You should at least mention this requirement in your description, so we know if we're downloading an actual app or just a frontend for a server somewhere.This is a great app.

5. If you are struggling with insomnia and meditation is too hard for whatever reason this might be the app for you!Worked brilliantly until I paid for the full version now it keeps shutting down, can not listen to any of it for more than 5 minutes, waste of money.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sleep Restore Issues

1. Fix Sleep Restore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sleep Restore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sleep Restore App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sleep Restore" » Open Sleep Restore » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sleep Restore » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sleep Restore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sleep Restore servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sleep Restore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sleep Restore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sleep Restore might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sleep Restore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sleep Restore then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sleep Restore not working


2. Fix Sleep Restore Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sleep Restore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sleep Restore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sleep Restore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
