Integra Remote Customer Insights

1. Looks like it needs an update and hope Onkyo will make the fix.The app worked fine for a while but in the last couple of months it can find my device! So frustrating! So now I have to use Bluetooth but then my calls, other app sounds etc get routed to the receiver too.. then music is interrupted.

2. Otherwise would be 5 šŸŒŸWorked fine for the last two years and as others have noted, with the latest version of android, the app constantly crashes when trying to open it.

3. Now it won't even open.Stopped finding my Denon receiver on my network after the 2020-08 update.

4. Please fix!!OK but the track sort order needs to use the track# in tags or follow the track file names - not alphabetic track names.

5. Its a deal breaker since you cant find the music on your device that is arranged in foldersVery inconsistent app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Integra Remote Issues

1. Fix Integra Remote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Integra Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Integra Remote App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Integra Remote" » Open Integra Remote » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Integra Remote » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Integra Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Integra Remote servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Integra Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Integra Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Integra Remote might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Integra Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Integra Remote then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Integra Remote not working


2. Fix Integra Remote Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Integra Remote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Integra Remote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Integra Remote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
