Why should I report an Issue with ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ON1, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. As far as far as I can tell, the app uses it's own location for photos and therefore, doesn't sync to the default cloud account on the device (I use Onedrive so it may be that it syncs to Google just fine).

2. Very expensive not worth the money when you can buy affinity photo desktop for $50 and it does more than what this app doesAt best this app is unstable on a Samsung galaxy s8+ and a Samsung Tab 6.

3. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and from reading other people's reviews it seems that most issues are on Samsung phones.. The app is great and I'm sure it will get better soon, but for now feels a bit v1.0, with lots of stability issues.

4. (Which means they won't be backed up either.)After more than a month the camera function is still broken (black screen rear camera on Galaxy Note when selecting Raw format).

5. This mobile application gives me access to my images from anywhere so I can tinker with them or randomly show my latest work at any moment.A nice start.

1. Fix ON1 Photo RAW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ON1 Photo RAW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ON1 Photo RAW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ON1 Photo RAW" » Open ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ON1 Photo RAW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ON1 Photo RAW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ON1 Photo RAW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ON1 Photo RAW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ON1 Photo RAW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ON1 Photo RAW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ON1 Photo RAW not working

2. Fix ON1 Photo RAW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ON1 Photo RAW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ON1 Photo RAW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ON1 Photo RAW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
