1. As a developer, the Oh Polly developers reaaaalllyy should do a proper testing before they release these updates, it's just common sense.The website itself is abit laggy with some freezing issues at the payment section which is why I'm giving 3 stars but the clothes are beautiful and the price is good for the quality of the items.

2. 💜Whilst the shop itself sells lovely items, there's no section for shoes, accessories, etc, despite them actually selling them (they show up along with other clothing when clicking the sale section, there just isn't a section you can click to see just all the shoes they sell luke you can for dresses, Tops, etc.

3. It's confusing to find returns and etc... amd the customer service takes forever to reply, even about returns.Edit: again another update that's screwed everything up.

4. It also only goes up to a size 16 for the majority of the clothing, I'm a very content customer.

5. The button to 'continue to shipping' is greyed out without any error as to let me know what's the issue.

6. Dresses are quality and superb.

7. You also can't filter results AND sort results at the same time.

1. Fix Oh Polly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Oh Polly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Oh Polly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oh Polly" » Open Oh Polly - Clothing & Fashion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oh Polly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oh Polly - Clothing & Fashion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oh Polly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oh Polly - Clothing & Fashion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Oh Polly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oh Polly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Oh Polly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oh Polly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oh Polly not working

2. Fix Oh Polly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oh Polly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oh Polly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oh Polly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
