1. I have given it four out of five stars.Eh. You can check in using this app, which is nice, but you can only look at your card balance, not check transactions.

2. It also offered a text feature to keep up with my balance from each transaction, so I know exactly how much $ I have at any time! It saves time and keeps me informed on when I can come back to donate again.

3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, allowed notifications, nothing has helped.My experience with the app has been acceptable.

4. There have been issues with lost cards, forgotten passwords, dates of donations and eligibility dates, etc.

5. It takes me through the beginning steps, up to the "allow notifications" page and then no matter what I do, I can't progress.

6. Also, it spontaneously logged me out after a few weeks, and I have no recollection of my login info.I love 💕 this game.

1. Fix OctaApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OctaApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OctaApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OctaApp" » Open OctaApp – Donate Blood Plasma! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OctaApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OctaApp – Donate Blood Plasma! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OctaApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OctaApp – Donate Blood Plasma!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OctaApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OctaApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OctaApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OctaApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OctaApp not working

2. Fix OctaApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OctaApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OctaApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OctaApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
