1. Avoid as plague! Same goes for Eurofins website, or phone number, nothing is working.if you are using the app to register a corona test at a spanish airport, I suggest the following: - you can fill out the form on the eurofins website, which we found easier.
2. It would have been nice to hear from the lab earlier, at least to know that the assessment was in process.. but well.. As a very positive note, their costumer service was excellent!First of all it's the poor quality - outdated designs, horrible loading animation that looks blurry and lags even on high end device .
3. I got the results right on time, and I must say that the whole experience using the service from Eurofins was positive.

Hello, I just performed a home antigen test and when trying to send the result via the TrustOne App it bugged when asked to confirm the result (Negative). It then took so long to retry to confirm that I think I went over the 30 minutes period allowed to submit the result which resulted in disconnecting me. When reconnecting, the result was registered as Invalid. I have many proofs that my test was valid and it just got rejected because of the App failing to confirm in time. I am not keen to pay for another and waste another couple of days to wait for it to be delivered while missing important meetings at work because of that.
I would be glad to send all necessary documents to sort this out.
