1. Avoid as plague! Same goes for Eurofins website, or phone number, nothing is working.if you are using the app to register a corona test at a spanish airport, I suggest the following: - you can fill out the form on the eurofins website, which we found easier.

2. It would have been nice to hear from the lab earlier, at least to know that the assessment was in process.. but well.. As a very positive note, their costumer service was excellent!First of all it's the poor quality - outdated designs, horrible loading animation that looks blurry and lags even on high end device .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrustOne App Issues

1. Fix TrustOne App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrustOne App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrustOne App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrustOne App" » Open TrustOne App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrustOne App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrustOne App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrustOne App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrustOne App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrustOne App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrustOne App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrustOne App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrustOne App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrustOne App not working


2. Fix TrustOne App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrustOne App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrustOne App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrustOne App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, I just performed a home antigen test and when trying to send the result via the TrustOne App it bugged when asked to confirm the result (Negative). It then took so long to retry to confirm that I think I went over the 30 minutes period allowed to submit the result which resulted in disconnecting me. When reconnecting, the result was registered as Invalid. I have many proofs that my test was valid and it just got rejected because of the App failing to confirm in time. I am not keen to pay for another and waste another couple of days to wait for it to be delivered while missing important meetings at work because of that. I would be glad to send all necessary documents to sort this out. Thank you for your answer. Best regards, Alexis de ZELICOURT
