1. And, yet, when I went to change the password again, the system rejected my new password because it matched my current password! Another example: When I *finally* got logged in and redeemed some "points", I found myself with a negative point balance.

1. Restart Lucky Supermarkets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lucky Supermarkets App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lucky Supermarkets" » Open Lucky Supermarkets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lucky Supermarkets » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lucky Supermarkets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lucky Supermarkets servers.
