1. Sometimes it won't even finish loading the transaction history before locking.I have been using this app for awhile now, and it is freezing up after logging in and I have called customer service and they say there is no problem with the mobile app.
2. Only way to complete a savings transfer is by logging on through website, which kind of negates the need for the app.I love this app and have used this card for over a year now.
3. However, I have to try several times because the security challenge either doesn't finish loading or won't load at all.Activating this card and account is harder than joining the CIA.
4. The past few months I've been late on 6 bills now because the app is up to date but won't load to transfer cash from my cash plus balance.
5. For some reason my acct info was removed from my saved payment methods on several sites (this is a card issue, not the app... but still a problem).
6. It keeps asking me to complete a security challenge when I try logging into my accout or when I buy something that needs me to log into my account.
7. Plus easy too hook up to online PayPal account to get paid from your invoices.
8. The worst part is that I've had a paypal account for about a decade and all of my personal information has remained the same.
9. It only works when I wants to.This is probably the first time I've had issues, but it's making it possible to use PayPal at all.
10. Edit: recent issue with app freezing immediately after login has been resolved.
11. If you choose not to pay the fee (why is it so high, they're getting 5 bucks a month off you already) then you have to wait 10 days and your funds might be available.
