1. Sometimes it won't even finish loading the transaction history before locking.I have been using this app for awhile now, and it is freezing up after logging in and I have called customer service and they say there is no problem with the mobile app.

1. Fix PayPal Prepaid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PayPal Prepaid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PayPal Prepaid App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PayPal Prepaid" » Open PayPal Prepaid » click "Update".

  3. Clear PayPal Prepaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PayPal Prepaid servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PayPal Prepaid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PayPal Prepaid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PayPal Prepaid might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PayPal Prepaid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PayPal Prepaid then reinstall.
