7. What’s on the Capital One Mobile app?
8. Download the app for better banking with Capital One.
9. Internet access is needed to use the mobile app.
10. Features may not be available to all customers.
11. Service outages may occur.
1. You click the app it loads up the login screen whixh can save your username ("remember me") or enable biometric login (fingerprint.) The second you log in it shows you main Card's Credit "Status" including available balance, transaction history, and actual up to date "Credit Score." Also areas for payment, contact, message, updating settings etcThis app is a pain if you are not the primary account.
2. Finally, i log in on the website and see the transfer went through 3 timesFor the most part the app works great, EXCEPT when checking my credit score, if I click on the alerts feature the app glitches every single time and I never get to see if I have any alerts.
3. I keep getting a message that says, "Looks like you haven't signed in for awhile, please do so now to continue viewing your accounts at a glance." I tried turning the feature off, then signing out, signing in, and turning it back on, but that didn't help.
4. When I'm logged in (not the primary account), I can't access several areas because I'm blocked with pop ups that say "We hit a snag!" And "Oops! We need to fix something, try later!" The first time I didn't write a review, but now it's been over 6 months with this issue.
5. I would say some things are a little 'hidden' just because some of the buttons you can press on the dashboard don't appear to be 'pressable.' For example, you can pay your bill by selecting the window that displays your account's current balance.
6. The screen will pop up that explains what the feature is then when I press the X to get started the screen flashes between the alerts, and the explanation page and I can't do anything and have to close the app.I wish my card had a better rate but don't we all.
7. That said, the window I'm referring to appears to just be an information display, and took me a few minutes to realize was also a button. The Accounts at a Glance feature continues to malfunction.
8. Then, I tried to make another transfer into the account and kept getting an error stating that it couldn't go through at this time.
9. They say they need location data in case unusual large purchases are made but it's more like they mine location history and data in order to sell advertisements for the places you've been and how long you are there.
10. Every now and then the UI has weird glitches, like the font getting smaller every time you click on the page.
11. (And I've called capital one multiple times, and they haven't figured those specific problems out.)App was fine until update.
