1. Works great! TYI absolutely love being able to view live footage from the International Space Station on a whim! Moreover, we get real-time data including they're current altitude, speed and even exact latitude and longitude... Two thumbs up and five stars to the creators of this program! Also, thank you for including the ability to take snapshots at the top of the button built into the program without having do slide our hands across the screen like we usually would to take a screen capture.

The only problem is when I'm watching in full screen after a few seconds the screen goes back to split screen and I have to keep tapping the expand button to go back to full screen, other than that it's greatThe CHAT window that opens with the locator is nothing but a world-wide hook-up site and has little to do with the ISS or space.

3. I like being able to snap shots from the feed, and the notifications for when the ISS is passing wihin view.Absolutely love this app.

4. The schematic of the station that highlighted the module being filmed worked well and the video was able to demonstrate the phenomenon of there being no up/down in space.

5. Wonderful! It would be great to have the capacity to switch to multiple cameras around the space station, inside and out, with an orientation map of, which direction we are looking in reference to the station and it's direction of movement.

6. Being able to cast the sights of the ISS to be from my little phone screen to my TV is fantastic.

8. This is great, and it allows me to expand this to a full screen, which shows such nice detail.

1. Fix ISS Live Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ISS Live Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ISS Live Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ISS Live Now" » Open ISS Live Now: View Earth Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ISS Live Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ISS Live Now: View Earth Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ISS Live Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ISS Live Now: View Earth Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ISS Live Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ISS Live Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ISS Live Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ISS Live Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ISS Live Now not working

2. Fix ISS Live Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ISS Live Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ISS Live Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ISS Live Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
