If I rewind, it starts from the beginning and fast forwards to the rewind point during recorded classes which doesn't happen in windows version.Extremely hard to use in phone, can't mute properly and why would the mic be ON always when you enter class? Also, playback system is too bad, it's hard to forward and rewind in recorded classes.I really hate this app.

And voice of the lectures is keep breaking for no reason and for this I have pause the video and wait for sometime and then only I can hear it properly... very time wasting app... please update this...All in all it works well....only complaint i have is that it does not keep playing audio in the background.

3. The fastfoward and backward option should be improved a bit more especially when using the app on the phone.This app is not user friendly... users are unable to listen to particular thing twice as there is no back or fast forward options available.

4. Useless updates.Good but when recordings are played, it doesn't allow us to forward and when we try to forward the audio, it starts all the way from first which is ridiculousI have just finished my first seesion.

5. I have to keep my phone on the app the entire time and cannot leave the app and use my phone for other needs.

1. Restart Electa Live 8: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Electa Live 8 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Electa Live 8" » Open Electa Live 8 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Electa Live 8 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Electa Live 8 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Electa Live 8 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Electa Live 8" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Electa Live 8 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Electa Live 8 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Electa Live 8. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Electa Live 8 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Electa Live 8 not working
