Nextiva App Customer Insights

1. Also when I call into our office, it rings once and is silent until someone either picks up the phone or it goes to voicemail.

2. Half the time I don't receive the calls or voicemails and now it's stopped showing the caller ID on the call log, which is incredibly frustrating.

3. The call forwarding may ring your phone, But you cannot talk to anyone as they cannot hear you, and it has nothing to do with connection or accessablility.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nextiva App Issues

1. Fix Nextiva App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nextiva App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nextiva App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nextiva App" » Open Nextiva App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nextiva App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nextiva App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nextiva App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nextiva App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nextiva App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nextiva App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nextiva App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nextiva App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nextiva App not working


2. Fix Nextiva App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nextiva App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nextiva App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nextiva App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
