1. The workout recording is laughable; manual entry won't let you enter seconds in the time of your workout, and won't let you enter a value below 7 minutes... Xcapture (taking a pic of the machine display after your workout i.e. treadmill, eliptical, etc.) I ran multiple half mile sprints 1 day; the Xcapture couldn't read most of them, and those it could got recorded as 7 minutes.

2. Still, happy to get the rewards!Whats up with the app not letting you log in to the membership/billing part of the app? Ive tried to change my password like 20 times and the temp password never works.

3. It registers workouts from the Fitbit but doesn't credit points for them unless I reenter them manually.

4. And the points History tab shows zero history.Whenever I try to create an account, it simply tells me that it can't find me in their system.

5. All responses are automated.I like being able to earn points to redeem at Fit Republic.

1. Fix Fit Republic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fit Republic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fit Republic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fit Republic" » Open Fit Republic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fit Republic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fit Republic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fit Republic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fit Republic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fit Republic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fit Republic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fit Republic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fit Republic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fit Republic not working

2. Fix Fit Republic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fit Republic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fit Republic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fit Republic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
