1. The app allows our members to track their workouts from virtually any piece of cardio equipment, set personal workout goals, sync to 3rd party apps like Map My Fitness and Fit Bit, etc, check class schedules, and get merchant discounts.

1. I just wish they would let you book a class sooner then 1hr prior.I love it..I joined just for the movie room,massage chairs & the pool.

2. Also side rant monthly dues can be paid with credit but for an extra $20 charge? Lame.Chuze Fitness App calendar is not accurate.

3. Love that I can check the classes schedules for all locations!Keep asking if I like the app and if I do to rate in the app store.

4. I preferred just being able to say I did 30 minutes of weight lifting or something and not have to add specific exercises minute by minute.

9. The new update completely erased my workout history and now you can't just manually enter a workout.

10. The only thing this app is going to get from me if it keeps asking is a lower rating.

11. It would be great if it goes right to today's movie.Would be cool if i could join using the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CF Issues

1. Fix CF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CF App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CF" » Open CF » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CF » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CF servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CF might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CF then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CF not working


2. Fix CF Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
