1. Wow, I didn't even need to make a NatGeo account to start watching! Got this for Locked up Abroad episodes and I appreciate if I rewind I don't have to rewatch Ads if I recently watched some, and they are reasonable in frequency and duration... please keep offering free with ads material! I wish it supported "picture in picture" so I can watch in a minimized window while doing some multitasking browsing, checking emails and texts etc.

If you know how to fix it I would be happy to go back to the 5 star app it used to be.Shows I'm logged in, but doesn't save my Favorites, let's me watch a couple of things, but when I come back in, I have to sign up again and now it's telling me I can't watch episodes because they "Aren't included in my programming package".

3. I thought the whole idea of the App, was that we could watch shows when we aren't at our TV? When I try to use their "Help" section, to report my problem, it won't "Submit" my question.

1. Fix Nat Geo TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nat Geo TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nat Geo TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nat Geo TV" » Open Nat Geo TV: Live & On Demand » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nat Geo TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nat Geo TV: Live & On Demand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nat Geo TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nat Geo TV: Live & On Demand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nat Geo TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nat Geo TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nat Geo TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nat Geo TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nat Geo TV not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nat Geo TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
