And when I try calling or reaching you.. no one picks up!!the obligatory rediculous iPhone AD every 5 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!! and skiping after 5 sec is not an option!!! and the AD is played twice each time!!!!!!!!!!Not good one, every 5 mins Ad is played twice, waste of timeAutomatic Next Episode is not working!!!Casting is not stable, every 10 minutes breaks and and you cannot seek, it always starts from the beginning.. And every time you start you have to watch 4 ads then the app breaks or crashes on the 4th ad... So the only thing that works is the ads...on mobile everything working fine on smart tv it was working but now is not.Still needs more enhancements in video player.

2. App doesn't show latest played video of an episode for example, always lost to remember where i was.

3. However, the design of the bottom navigation bar can be improved and the splash screen should load faster for a better user experience.The worst online streaming app ever.

4. High resolution is supported in some movies and full screen but some are not.Really great for Arabic speaker .

5. The mobile app request an update and when I am taken to play store there is no update available.

6. I don't like the fact that you have some shows on adtv Plus, but we can not remove the advertisement from the show! It's so annoying.

7. Skipping titre not working when cast is running.

8. I am a tester engineer, and above comments are for free 😅Nice and very smooth app.

9. Navigation is very hard and theedia controls too.

10. So I'm basically blocked.This app is great.

11. It's just generally good especially for Ramadan.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ADtv Issues

1. Fix ADtv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ADtv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ADtv App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ADtv" » Open ADtv » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ADtv » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ADtv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ADtv servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ADtv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ADtv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ADtv might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ADtv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ADtv then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ADtv not working


2. Fix ADtv Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ADtv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ADtv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ADtv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
