I am canceling my membership .I really enjoyed watching my favorite shows but waaaaay too many bugs .demand africa really needs to fix this,sorry but I can't continue untill u upgrade or fix your station peace out 👋 🤔.i canceled my subscription so why are you still trying to attempt to withdraw membership dues from my account?????I cancell my membership waaay before it was due,please check my account and you will see that I canceled my account.Never could access this on my TV.

7. Especially Battleground and it really hurts me not to be able to finish either due to them only being showed in the US on Demand Africa.I have On Demand Africa on my TV via my Roku stick.

8. As of now, I cannot pair my TV its been an hour trying on my fire TV.

9. This is ridiculousDownload this app a couple of years back didn't really use it attempted to watch a movie on it once or twice then I realized why am I wasting my data on this app.

10. I cast to my tv many times and it glitches also when I watch on my phone the movie section will not play at all.Never comes on, very slow.

1. Fix Demand Africa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Demand Africa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Demand Africa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Demand Africa" » Open Demand Africa - African Movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Demand Africa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Demand Africa - African Movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Demand Africa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Demand Africa - African Movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Demand Africa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Demand Africa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Demand Africa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Demand Africa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Demand Africa not working

2. Fix Demand Africa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Demand Africa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Demand Africa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Demand Africa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
