1. I've wanted a Disney Movie Rewards app for years and can't say how excited I was for this, but it's been a disappointing performance so far.Can't login to the app.

1. Restart Disney Movie Insiders: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Disney Movie Insiders App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Disney Movie Insiders" » Open Disney Movie Insiders » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Disney Movie Insiders » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Disney Movie Insiders app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Disney Movie Insiders servers.
