1. Please fix this ASAP!I like this app, I really do! I like how there are only a few ads, where on the Nickelodeon app there is like 10! Also, I love all the shows! The only thing that bothers me is that I'm trying to watch every episode of Stuck In The Middle, but the thing is, it randomly just doesn't work when I try to watch an episode.

2. An extremely large selection of movies and tv shows that are both modern and classic are available to watch which is great.

3. I tested other games, and they all worked perfectly fine, but when I pull up Andi's Texts, I see the loading screen for a split second, then it just goes black.

4. Also, each time you go away from the app, not even closing it, just switch to another app (ie reply to a message) it restarts the whole disney now app, you have to go thru the intro jingle and make your way thru the main screen and menus to get back to where you wanted to be.

6. When the app opens up it has a great graphics display then the screen sometimes does not open up to allow access to the video clips.

1. Fix DisneyNOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DisneyNOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DisneyNOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DisneyNOW" » Open DisneyNOW – Episodes & Live TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DisneyNOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DisneyNOW – Episodes & Live TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DisneyNOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DisneyNOW – Episodes & Live TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DisneyNOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DisneyNOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DisneyNOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DisneyNOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DisneyNOW not working

2. Fix DisneyNOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DisneyNOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DisneyNOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DisneyNOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
