ZeFit3 Customer Insights

1. I've been using the watch for nearly a week and still have a half battery left.Same as other people the watch cracked across the back where the charge connected are while wearing it and I was not even doing much only walking around work only noticed when took of when I got home as I don't wear it to bed only had it 2 weeks so not good at all very thing plastic and after every 5 days I get a warning on the screen showing something like a memory card and only can get rid of it by reseting it everytime so not good at allNice app.

2. The functionality is what I expected from a watch at the price point I got it, but I expected those functions to actually work, and I've been disappointed by that.So, update, 4 weeks on and the gizmo has cracked across the back, along the weak spot where the charging contacts are.

3. When it does sync, the amount of steps doesn't match what the watch said.

4. Probably because I don't use all the stuff that tells you what your phone is doing because my phone tells me anyway and it has to be in Bluetooth range to work so a bit pointless, unless I'm missing something.

5. The accessibility of the different functions by tapping is quite difficult seeing fha the the watch face is very narrow.

6. 'sync failure' is the norm rather than the exception, and I need to restart my phone before I have a chance to get it to sync.

7. It does lose connection sometimes, but I think it has more to do with the watch.

8. The app doesn't sync with the device and keeps changing my country setting to Switzerland.

9. I can pair it with Bluetooth but application doesn't work with fitness tracker.

10. There's lots of adjustment AND you can turn off the move timer so it doesn't bug you about moving all the timeTerrible! Hangs when I try to go through setup with Galaxy s21.

11. For example, the watch said I had 10k steps yesterday, but when synced, the app said 8k.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZeFit3 Issues

1. Fix ZeFit3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZeFit3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZeFit3 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZeFit3" » Open ZeFit3 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZeFit3 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZeFit3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZeFit3 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZeFit3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZeFit3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZeFit3 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZeFit3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZeFit3 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZeFit3 not working


2. Fix ZeFit3 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZeFit3 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZeFit3 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZeFit3 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
