ZeFit4 Customer Insights

1. Most of all I like the features of taking photos through the camera on the phone using the Wristband through the app and controlling the music on the phone using the band through this app.... But the main problem is that, I can only control music when it is played using "Google play music"... Please solve this problem.... I recommend updates with new features including new watch faces.....👏✌️😘The watch was working amazing the first little while, but now the app keeps crushing, and I can't clear my watches history, making it obsolete.

2. Any interaction with other health apps?I love this device, its just so smal and you can do so many things with it!(Examples: Counts steps, counts distance, counts calories used, heartrate meter, its water resistant, you can change the watch faces and much more! And if u wanna check the rest out then you can check it out yourself, I'm just saying;)...)The battery is just unbearable.

3. Had problems with the app in the past (not syncing in one/two tries, not able to update watch, watch stopped counting steps, etc.), but this is unbearable.

4. The fitbit versus wouldn't support my mobile for more than 5 minutes 🙄App crashes every time I try to change any settings for the watch.

5. The app doesn't last much running (high usage of battery) and it takes several tries to update the watch.

6. Would recommend if you just want a basic fitbit type watch.

7. Also can only get Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp notifications if turn on Social Media notifications, but that also turns on notifications for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter... which I don't want.

8. Daily the watch tells me that has low battery at 10am and dying by 11am.

9. Shame calendar notifications don't have mechanism for showing what the event anda its location are (cf system for text messages).

10. Lack of integration with other apps or to add manual notes to what it tracks.For the money this is a great little fitbit.

11. The latest update seems to have fixed the weather notification problem.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZeFit4 Issues

1. Fix ZeFit4 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZeFit4: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZeFit4 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZeFit4" » Open ZeFit4 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZeFit4 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZeFit4 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZeFit4 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZeFit4" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZeFit4 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZeFit4 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZeFit4. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZeFit4 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZeFit4 not working


2. Fix ZeFit4 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZeFit4 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZeFit4 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZeFit4 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
