1. Thank youI dont like the watch i cant find a way to put the correct time its like the worst smartwatch i have ever had i tried seting it up but then it wont turn on😫😤😡I wish the app could just work in the background without being open the whole time.Tracks my fitness great.

The sleep sensor is not the best, but it can tell hours like a champ :)I like it a lot it doesn't sync all the time and I can't get the pay feature to work but it tracks my activities, calories, and sleep perfectly.I had forgot I had the watch and then when I tried to log back in it just kept saying failed.

1. Fix ZeCircle2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZeCircle2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZeCircle2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZeCircle2" » Open ZeCircle2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZeCircle2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZeCircle2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZeCircle2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZeCircle2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZeCircle2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZeCircle2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZeCircle2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZeCircle2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZeCircle2 not working

2. Fix ZeCircle2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZeCircle2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZeCircle2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZeCircle2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
