Have completed everything on the sign up forms and tried both Facebook and Email Signup to no availi could not register so i got in touch with developer who replied very fast and helped me register .....so upped my stars as it seems to be a good app.Signed in with Facebook, but then when I tried to add extra information it kept saying errorPlease need help getting on my app! Reinstalled but wont let me in!!! 1. Fix COPD Support Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart COPD Support: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the COPD Support App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "COPD Support" » Open COPD Support » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for COPD Support » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear COPD Support app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from COPD Support servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "COPD Support" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check COPD Support app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, COPD Support might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall COPD Support. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall COPD Support then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing COPD Support not working

2. Fix COPD Support Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make COPD Support be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
