However maybe I could be running it wrong I doubt it though it's not the first time I've had that app on a computer and it did nothing.Downloaded this app to try it and it won't let me sign up I tried everything to sign up but it kept coming up with a error message I tried signing up with different email addresses nothing worked 🙈It won't let me set up my account it says there was an error! I really need this app with everything I'm going through with my crohn'sI will just wait until you all figure out why this app is not working for me, until then I'm undownloading this app it worthless if it won't allow me to get passed failed 🤷I can't do anything on app.

2. if you are writing a long message on your mobile phone, after a while it will force you to scroll to the top so you cant see what you are typing.I used to love this site however I can no longer login using my CORRECT email bc this site now tells me it is invalid and repeated requests for assistance has been to NO avail .

I'm probably going to unsubscribe from them for this reason which is unfortunate on SO many levels bc I've learned a lot from this site and I have pertinent information to share with other members/patients but I don't need this CONSTANT AGGRAVATION !!Great app but it won't let me update email settings.

4. Other than that bug i love this app abd everyone on this site for the plethora of information and experiences they all share to help and support everyone who is going their CD/UC ❤great app, no drama, the only thing that is a let down is something technical.

5. I set them and then then when I check again they are all checked to off and I get no email notifications.Unfortunately I have been a member of the Crohn's colitis foundation.

1. Fix Crohn's and Colitis Support Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crohn's and Colitis Support: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crohn's and Colitis Support App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crohn's and Colitis Support" » Open Crohn's and Colitis Support » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crohn's and Colitis Support » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crohn's and Colitis Support app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crohn's and Colitis Support servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crohn's and Colitis Support" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crohn's and Colitis Support app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crohn's and Colitis Support might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crohn's and Colitis Support. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crohn's and Colitis Support then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crohn's and Colitis Support not working
