1. i told the operator to cancel the ride, it told me i should do it, so when i did, it was upset about it! i didn't get a taxi after waiting for 20 minutes, and still has to pay for it - complete scamAfter sifting through many Beijing taxi hailing doom n gloom threads, learning that Uber was no longer and that the main chinese taxi hailing app was not foreigner friendly, and that my only hope to catch a taxi in the wee hours in this citiy with through a hotel desk, I begin to worry.

2. My only recommendation for further Improvement is to adopt the same system as grab taxi in Malaysia and Thailand, you can hail and track a car/taxi real-time time, and payment is made and confirmed after the service is delivered.California Native visiting Shanghai.

4. I can't recommend this app.when you order a taxi, you are connected through a mediator to the driver, which made things unbelievable difficult to manage and delayed everything.

5. It was hard for me to navigate Beijing and find a good spot for a taxi to pick me up but this app connects you to a live rep as soon as you book a ride.

6. They work hard to inderstand your journey and for someone like me in a completely strange cities with pwrhaps no taxi axcess, they work hard to make sure you get picked up .

7. Vehicles are usually excellent, even the economy onesThis app is really unitutiuve to use, it does not make it clear that a ride has been booked and is on its way so you accidentally end up booking multiple rides, which all charge to your card.

8. Didi and all other Taxi services were not accepting my credit cards.

9. So if there is any problems they will tell you or ask you to clarify by sending a picture of where you are or for a screenshot of your location!Could not even sign up, asked me to contact an administrator, can't do that if cannot sign upI have used this app in two chinese cities.

1. Fix My China Taxi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My China Taxi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My China Taxi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My China Taxi" » Open My China Taxi - China Taxi App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My China Taxi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My China Taxi - China Taxi App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My China Taxi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My China Taxi - China Taxi App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My China Taxi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My China Taxi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My China Taxi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My China Taxi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My China Taxi not working

2. Fix My China Taxi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My China Taxi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
