1. dont bother with these guys!!!Really bad services in Sri lanka, most of the time there is no drivers around or too far..drivers call me all the time they don't know my location and drop off I even had driver started to charge me before picking me up that kind of things would not happen if there was an opt code to share between driver and client like Ola app....The only good thing is the calculation rate is pretty accurate and I been using this only to be able to bargain with tuktuk driver as they alway overcharged touristsThis company is absolutely amazing!!! They have the estimated arrival timing as well as a map that shows where the driver is.. then once the driver arrives where you are it gives you a notification stating their at the place you are and still on your way to your next destination is shows you on the map where you are going and at the end states you have arrived and sends...

2. And one time it couldn't request a driver because they were all busy and i was almost late for work had to call my sister.When trying to sign in, the app would not recognize my cellphone number but would my landline number.

3. A driver tried to charge me 14 for a trip that said 10 and argued with me in front of my wife and daughter! :(I booked once with this app.

4. It will make things easier for everyone to get prepared.This app left me stranded multiple times as it works on and off!! Right now it says my phone number is invalid when it isnt.

5. If a car was actually available when its needed this would be a great, but its so unreliable and not worth the time and effort it takes to go through the booking process.

6. I have been late too many times that I can't risk using this service anymore.App constantly has errors, especially when you need quickly for a ride home.

7. After 2-3 times of losing ice cream and standing in the pouring rain the price of Uber or real caba don't seem as terrible.

8. I decided to book another ride for Christmas... I gave you 4 stars because it didn't tell me roughly on how much it's gonna cost me.

9. tried multiple family's numbers and it still says incorrect.

10. Especially when you have to be somewhere so you prebook and wait 30-60mins or however long and then 2 mind before your expecting to be picked up a notification comes that it was cancelled.

11. It would then try to send the SMS code to my landline in which I cannot receive sms...so I do not know what to do now.There always seems to be a problem with the GPS.

1. Fix PickmeApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PickmeApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PickmeApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PickmeApp" » Open PickmeApp - book your ride » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PickmeApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PickmeApp - book your ride app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PickmeApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PickmeApp - book your ride" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PickmeApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PickmeApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PickmeApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PickmeApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PickmeApp not working

2. Fix PickmeApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PickmeApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PickmeApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PickmeApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
