1. I just all data on my phone and unable to backup or retrieve logs.Not able to use Google Drive backup/restore neither restore manually.Good app, have been using it for about 5 years and like its simplicity.Simple and functionalno start stop odometer abilityGreat Application just needs a few tweaks.

I accidentally locked myself out of my phone and I haven't done a backup in awhile so if I do a hard reset on the phone I would loose all of my information since my last back up...Love this app to keep track of my car and bike expenses as well as distance reminder (which is just awesome)... One improvement I would suggest is a search option.

3. I would try to reinstall the app but I'm unable to backup data beforehand.Doesn't have the option for partial fill ups, which is a pretty basic featureGreat application, easy to use and provide good traceability of car spending.

4. The other day I had a feeling that my battery is weak but to find when I had changed the battery was very time consuming as there are so many entries between then and now... Please think about this featureRecently app crashes when adding a new entry or when selecting settings in the menu.

1. Fix Car Logbook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Car Logbook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Car Logbook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Car Logbook" » Open Car Logbook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Car Logbook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Car Logbook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Car Logbook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Car Logbook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Car Logbook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Car Logbook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Car Logbook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Car Logbook then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Car Logbook not working

2. Fix Car Logbook Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Car Logbook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Car Logbook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Car Logbook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
