1. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews of COPA terrible service and find a better airline that understands business and customer service.Edit: The app is working better now and I can add reservations but the chat agents still confirmed you have technical difficulties.
2. It seems to be a well designed app but it doesn't seem to be able to adjust to different screen sizes or pixel densities making it nearly impossible to use.App works good on the móvil but bad on my Chromebook.
3. Said I already had a Connect Miles account, but app won't send password reset, says only possible on the web.The worst airline, you pay for a ticket without guarantee that you will get on the flight unless you pay the extra fee for selecting your seatTerrible airlines and app.
4. It would be great if you actually added booking management options in the app (seat selection, adding personal details, emergency contact, upgrade options etc) and fixed your system issues.
5. I'm deleting the app because it's useless.Huge fonts, designed for tablet maybe? rather then cellphone... this was reported before in a review from Jan 2022... It's march 2023... still HUGE FONTS! I can't even login since I just cannot see what I'm typing... horribleThe app is terrible.
6. WHY are you telling me that changes have been made to my upcoming itinerary when nothing has technically changed? I'd have no problem, but every time I try to confirm the non-existent changes, the website says it can't.
7. This causes text and elements to overlap, making it impossible to read what Terminal / Gate / Flight number I am on, and messes the formatting up of everything.
8. If your flight is changed or canceled it just says talk to an agent.
9. Classic shoddy app development from a multi-billion dollar syndicate! 👎Multiple issues with ConnectMiles section.
10. Everything is huge, as if I have screen magnification on, but I don't (Samsung Galaxy S8 Active).
11. A basic feature lacks with this airline.After downloading the app it took me some time to open.
