I would really appreciate having two instances of the vidget, showing the info for the two stops separately.Ordinarily I've been very happy with this app (and very sad Train Trapper has gone defunct) but in the last couple of weeks I've been looking up favourite stops and getting NO times, jyst a white screen.

2. Other times especially early in the morning, the tram you normally takes not showing on the screen, you wondered if there's something wrong with the tram and it got cancelled or what; then 10 minutes later it reappeared on the schedule.

3. Feels like it's got unused buttons for features that ain't there/stopped being supported, i.e.: special offers button leads to an emtpy page.Worked great for a few weeks, now it won't open the app, when you click the app, it opens the logo and then closes the app.

4. Please fix this!App is slow and buggy, not very user friendly, can't search up how to get to certain areas via tram.

5. Currently it hasn't been working for 3 days.This app was my go to, for tram travel.

6. It assumes I know where to catch my tram from, the search function is basically useless.

7. It's clearly not tracking anything when the time can say 'now' for 10 minutes, or have trams disappear from the list suddenly.That's OK, but the vidget is a bit useless.

8. So you select the route, say 57, you select the direction of travel, towards City and you get 3, that's right, a whole 3 options.

9. I like the feature that lets one look up the individual tram number.

10. However sometimes it said a tram is coming but suddenly it disappeared from your screen.

11. It's honestly astounding that they could get something so fundamentally wrong!Not sure what happened to this app but it's next to useless now.

1. Fix tramTRACKER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tramTRACKER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tramTRACKER App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tramTRACKER" » Open tramTRACKER » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tramTRACKER » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tramTRACKER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tramTRACKER servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tramTRACKER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tramTRACKER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tramTRACKER might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tramTRACKER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tramTRACKER then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tramTRACKER not working

2. Fix tramTRACKER Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tramTRACKER be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to tramTRACKER not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, tramTRACKER may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
