1. I think it's a cool app for ads! But, I am yet to see a conversion into real customers... Also, have been trying to know their ads medium.. they said it's Facebook and Instagram, but, I have not seen ... Make the ads visibility know .. Just in Google ads, Instagram etc...This app has really transformed how professionally my events promoter, musical, and creative talent customers perceive the services my business offers.

2. Immediately I click on the icon, it opens and stays for about 5secs, then it closes up, and my phone reports that, it has stopped working.This new update is cool.

3. The credit cost is 1000units, whereas I have 3000 units in my account.... So where did it see insufficient credit..Please who is the dummy that designed this app ?.

4. If all of this can be figured out and enabled, it'll be a fantastic tool for delivery! Please improve on these things!This app is crashing on my phone.

5. The app keeps crashing, when i tried to pay for an ad, it just hanged , when i click on another person's ads that i am interested in, the app shuts down and starts all over .

6. The payment is a static NGN1,000 for a post; that's outrageous! It does not allow detailed targeting and framing.

1. Fix MTN EnGauge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MTN EnGauge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MTN EnGauge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MTN EnGauge" » Open MTN EnGauge - Ads, Offers &CRM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MTN EnGauge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MTN EnGauge - Ads, Offers &CRM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MTN EnGauge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MTN EnGauge - Ads, Offers &CRM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MTN EnGauge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MTN EnGauge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MTN EnGauge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MTN EnGauge then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MTN EnGauge not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MTN EnGauge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MTN EnGauge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MTN EnGauge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
