1. I also LOVE the ability to use a pass code/biometric finger, as opposed to a password!Same problem as others, just sends you to website which is useless on a mobile device.

2. It runs in the background on startup, can record audio, take pictures, read your files and pictures, your call information, and download all files without any notification.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyChoice Benefits Issues

1. Fix MyChoice Benefits Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyChoice Benefits: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyChoice Benefits App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyChoice Benefits" » Open MyChoice Benefits » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyChoice Benefits » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyChoice Benefits app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyChoice Benefits servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyChoice Benefits" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyChoice Benefits app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyChoice Benefits might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyChoice Benefits. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyChoice Benefits then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyChoice Benefits not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyChoice Benefits be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
