1. Deleted App installed old version, able to request reset and received the code in email ,but in app no window to input.

2. Requires you to verify your email address by entering a numeric code sent to the registered email, however there is no where in the app to actually enter the verification code.

3. Update: turns out they don't allow the period character in email logins, so the email that is attached to my account is considered different from the one I gave them, but they don't make that clear.

4. Can't use the app.I downloaded the app and when I attempt to sign in it just keeps on forever loading, I have uninstalled the app a few times and still having same problem.

1. Fix Momentum Solar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Momentum Solar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Momentum Solar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Momentum Solar" » Open Momentum Solar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Momentum Solar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Momentum Solar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Momentum Solar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Momentum Solar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Momentum Solar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Momentum Solar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Momentum Solar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Momentum Solar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Momentum Solar not working

2. Fix Momentum Solar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Momentum Solar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Momentum Solar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Momentum Solar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
