VIDAL Customer Insights

1. One has to keep downloading the database over the over again everytime I open the appBig disappointment! App doesn't work anymore on my Galaxy S10+ despite being updated and uninstalled/installed several times! I contacted the customers service by mail and they didn't even bother to reply!Application is useful but new update doesn't work.

2. Base of medicaments doesn't work and the application tries to download the base data each time you open it.

3. And this version has a bug( the 1st louad the app has tuo download about 300mo of data, if you closed the app and open it again it's fine but if you click update in the app settings the app download again the 300mo of data) a wast of data and time.

4. So the update made the application slow and completely unusable, I hope you can solve this problem, it's still and application that we pay for!!!The new design isn't an improvement at all the previous version of the app (4.x.x) is more productive and easy to use.

5. Every time it makes a download,but after that no work New update - still not working.

7. i think I can't download "installation 2/2"Sometimes, for several days the app doesn't find anything (even if you download the whole registry on your phone).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VIDAL Issues

1. Fix VIDAL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VIDAL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VIDAL App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VIDAL" » Open VIDAL Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VIDAL » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VIDAL Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VIDAL servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VIDAL Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VIDAL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VIDAL might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VIDAL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VIDAL then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VIDAL not working


2. Fix VIDAL Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VIDAL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VIDAL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VIDAL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
