I have this app because it's compatible with my phoneWe've had this thing hooked up on all of our phones for a week now and it's still can't find my wife and my daughter what is the issue with this thingit doesn't work didn't show my dad and mom real time location, keep showing "Getting address" at all timeWorst app ever installed.

1. Fix Family Locator 360 Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Family Locator 360 Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Family Locator 360 Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Family Locator 360 Lite" » Open Family Locator 360 Lite -Locate Your Famlily » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Family Locator 360 Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Family Locator 360 Lite -Locate Your Famlily app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Family Locator 360 Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Family Locator 360 Lite -Locate Your Famlily" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Family Locator 360 Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Family Locator 360 Lite might not work.
