1. This app still does not properly track cardio such as stationary bike or treadmill - it uses the same screen as for weights which is not good.I've tried a lot of different apps and haven't been impressed.
2. Love the visuals too.great simple app to track your routine and progress with details of how to perform your chosen exercise or add your own exercise if not available.Not very user friendly.
3. Got the lifetime subscription, happy customer.I was looking for an app like stronglifts 5x5, that had audio timers for rest between sets.. but also had audio timers for timed exercises like planks.
4. You can create your workouts with your own exercises, sets, reps and rest time.
5. It allows me to upload images of the exercise form as well as track exactly what I need to progress on from week to week.
6. I currently use 999 to represent this.Being able to setup different routines in this app is great however there is no way to archive workouts that are not being used regularly.
7. The only feature I'd like to see is a web portal to enable creating exercises and workouts more efficiently.
8. However this app almost fits exactly what I want in terms of creating custom workouts from programs I've already paid for that are in pdf format etc.
9. It does just what I need, with no extra junk!Perfect workout organiser.
10. You can also track your historic performance for each exercise and your weight and body measurements.
11. Then you just "play the workout" and follow it with the help of a beep sound to let you know when the rest is finished.
