1. This was rejected." And now I'm asking myself, what kind of creditworthiness do you need to be able to purchase a 5€ S-Bahn Ticket ? To all new users... if you install it, you will be able to view schedules and search routes but nothing more, because you are probably not creditworthy.

2. Also you need to know how many zone the travel needs to buy a ticket, but the trip finder shows the trip but not the number of zones... Probably a usable app for locals.

3. Thanks to the other recent 1 star reviews for the tip.Unable to add a payment method (be it either credit card or German bank account).

4. Needs a complete rework and user tests involving tourists.My experience was same as almost all other reviewers below.. app doesn't allow you to add any payment methods and gives you some error code with which you simply can't do anything to fix it.

5. I got following answer from support: "As part of the registration process, our financial service provider LogPay Financial Services GmbH carries out a review of the details and the creditworthiness of the person.

6. It's not the most intuitive app but I never had problems with it until now when I need to change my payment method and it won't be accepted.

7. During registration it is not possible to select a proper date of birth in an easy way by only clicking, instead you need to scroll years and dates back for several decades into the past of you are older then 10 years.I removed a star because it's still a big problem.

8. After 10 trials it just keeps asking for money when you want to save the payment method.

9. 2021.11 It takes a really long time to make a ticket purchase so you're still better of paying at a machine when the bus or train is on its way.

10. Even as a navigation tool, Google Maps is far superior, as VVS will frequently list my intended destination as "impossible" or requiring excessive transit time due to a non-optimized route.

11. Whoever programmed and approved this app deserves to be fired.Can not save the payment method.

1. Fix VVS Mobil Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VVS Mobil: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VVS Mobil App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VVS Mobil" » Open VVS Mobil » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VVS Mobil » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VVS Mobil app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VVS Mobil servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VVS Mobil" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VVS Mobil app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VVS Mobil might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VVS Mobil. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VVS Mobil then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VVS Mobil not working


2. Fix VVS Mobil Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VVS Mobil be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VVS Mobil not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VVS Mobil may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
