1. For whatever reason, this app (for RideOn buses) is ONLY showing me details for nearby WMATA buses, not its own buses that it was designed specifically to track.

8. I think all they are doing is just plugging in the regular scheduled times and pretending that they are actually using GPS trackers.this app used to be pretty good, and now its absolutely awful.

9. On top of all that the bus is almost always 10 minutes late when I use the app... I'm going back to using the paper booklets, your app sucks...This is a horrible app.

1. Restart Ride On Real Time: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ride On Real Time App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ride On Real Time" » Open Ride On Real Time » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ride On Real Time » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ride On Real Time app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ride On Real Time servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ride On Real Time" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ride On Real Time app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ride On Real Time might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ride On Real Time. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ride On Real Time then reinstall.
