1. The only useful feature is having the bus schedules and stop locations in one easy spot. Not reliable app, very clumsy, as much as their burocratic government employees at the STM who work 9 to 4.30, one wonders what do they do with claims! Busses although less late than before, drivers are not satisfied and it is reflected in treatment they give us, especially when there's a change in their road map, they don't advise us to the nearest métro, they let you suffer so that you damn the day you decided to rely on the STM.
2. Also it happened more than two times that I was waiting for a bus and it just never came ( keep in mind I'm 17 and live in a bad area and finish work at 23) so it's pretty dangerous also.I keep having to enable the app just to see the schedule and sometimes it takes many tries.. When you're on a hurry it doesn't quite help.you do NOT need my location to tell me the schedule of a specific bus route.
3. Please see My Fare Calgary for an ACTUAL example of a useful transit experience in today's world. This app was working fine for the past years I've been using it but since 2023 start, it start to give incorrect timeing.App doesn't work at all.
4. Everytime I install it and try to open it, I keep being redirected to the Appstore to download a different app.
5. Sometimes I let it open so I know when to go out, it says the next bus pass in 20 minutes, and then 2 minutes later it says there's one coming right now so I don't even have time to go out.
6. The bus "real time" locations are worse then useless since they can mislead you and they're not remotely accurate.
7. With this, google maps and the text feature, you will be on time 99% of the time. This app is amazing.
8. The text feature implemented a while ago is also useful.
9. Back in the day, we only had the paper schedules you could get inside buses or metro stations.
10. The buses schedules are usually accurate except sometimes it lags and it's way off.
11. Download "transit".This app is pretty useful.
