Why should I report an Issue with RealityMaps: ski, hike, bike?

1. Is that a premium thing?hi after installation and update there appears an error: boost filesystem create directory permision denied... I m using lg g4 running os android 6 I gave the app all permisions possible but still the same error.. after latest update error is goneCovering only The Alps? Makes your app very niche and useless to 99.999999% of the world populationNot suitable for US trails but looks amazingWould have been great if this had covored the area I live in!!! Uninstalling now! :/Name should reflect that it only cover the European Alps.

2. It really gives great 3D views and makes you feel as if you are flying over the landAbsolutely great! Love it from A to Z!!! But I want more areas! Norway? Schweden? Mid Germany? All mountain areas of Europa...! :)Good so far but i can't get the winter option to show winter maps and ski runs.

3. I live in the USA and don't have the means to travel but all I want to do is just look at pictures and explore the trails on my device.Great app to explore potential adventures in Alps.

4. But, it's terribly annoying (to say the least, and not stray into something else), to see established, local Slovenian place names written as if we were still in 1941-1945, and Slovenia is "anschlussed" to the German Reich.

5. I was hoping I would be able to explore Mount Everest and other mountains without actually having to go there.

6. That should earn a -5 star rating.This is stupid and a waste of my time.

7. The 3D views of the terrain can be very useful and help considerably in planning your outings.

1. Fix RealityMaps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RealityMaps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RealityMaps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RealityMaps" » Open RealityMaps: ski, hike, bike » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RealityMaps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RealityMaps: ski, hike, bike app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RealityMaps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RealityMaps: ski, hike, bike" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RealityMaps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RealityMaps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RealityMaps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RealityMaps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RealityMaps not working

2. Fix RealityMaps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RealityMaps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RealityMaps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RealityMaps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
