1. How the developer has made such things n still gets those stars...full of bugsthis new update really sucks 👎👎 simple things like PAN Search doesn't work often and when it works it only shows personal pan information.

Adding services to app would make it better.This app is not working after updating pan search is not working properly and company name is not displaying in pan search only proprietor name is displaying plz do the correction as soon as possible for easy searching.I have PAN number but when I enter in the app it does not show the details even.

Really disappointed with this new update 😑Name is written in English, one has to type in Nepali also, now in the age of science, there is a system of many methods 'Type in English automatically it gets typed in Nepali' Please consider the above suggestion as important and improve the APPDoesn't work at all.

4. It is knowing any contact details.Giving 4 stars for a great start! However, no guideline on how to create "login" id? Please include necessary instructions to use the apps efficiently.

5. Add print or share option in Pan Search result.Absolutely usless except for few notices.

6. tqIt can't search as details of the pan numbers.

1. Fix IRD Nepal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IRD Nepal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IRD Nepal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IRD Nepal" » Open IRD Nepal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IRD Nepal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IRD Nepal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IRD Nepal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IRD Nepal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IRD Nepal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IRD Nepal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IRD Nepal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IRD Nepal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IRD Nepal not working

2. Fix IRD Nepal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IRD Nepal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
