Why should I report an Issue with LinkedIn Elevate?

1. When it works, it works well, but I'm unable to even read most of the articles presented.It doesn't have the same features as LinkedIn, where you cannot create a scheduled post which allows upload multiple images and also include a url.

2. This is a deal breaker as many people in the same organisation post very little content of value due to sharing only of urls from Forbes or HBR only.Won't save my topic selections - I untick irrelevant ones but they're there again if I exit then go back in.

3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled per the advice given and it's still happening.Not very useful, I find better, faster and more complete to read blogs or social media accounts fom people and curators outside my organization.

4. Besides, I had too many problem to log in.This app was great however since Christmas the app will not allow me to go past the first page as the continue button does not work.

5. Tried reinstalling it but it still wont work.I like the product, however it has several bugs and UX misfeatures.

6. I tried on high-speed WiFi and mobile network, it just doesn't work.

7. There are better apps for this, feedly, pocket, twitter, wired, the verge, slashdot, ars technica, techcrunch or even reddit and some subreddits.

1. Fix LinkedIn Elevate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LinkedIn Elevate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LinkedIn Elevate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LinkedIn Elevate" » Open LinkedIn Elevate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LinkedIn Elevate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LinkedIn Elevate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LinkedIn Elevate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LinkedIn Elevate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LinkedIn Elevate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LinkedIn Elevate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LinkedIn Elevate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LinkedIn Elevate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LinkedIn Elevate not working

2. Fix LinkedIn Elevate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LinkedIn Elevate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LinkedIn Elevate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LinkedIn Elevate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
