Facetune Customer Insights
1. I understand they want to make money, but this tactic cheapens the product and creates a bad impression of the product even before one solidly uses this product.It's a good app, easy to use, but I cancelled my free trial the day before it was up (I have the receipt to prove it), but they still charged my credit card.
2. After a recent update, they're now asking to purchase a monthly subscription to even use the smoothing effect(one of the most basic photoshop effects),and multiple other features that we're easily available are now blocked unless you pay monthly.
3. This one was pretty easy too and had good features for being the free version.
4. Very disappointed the free or trial version is loaded with advertising and many that you can not get past without installing what ever is being advertised.
5. You used to be able to free-hand edit where you wanted so you could make subtle changes now it just (poorly) auto detects faces and applies filters to the whole face without any control.
6. (I'm the most upset about the paint feature not being available now) The app is basically useless (at least for me) unless you want to pay monthly for it, and I don't use it often enough to justify a monthly subscription.
7. To my utter horror, the app is completely unrecognizable! The original makeup tools were amazing as they allowed us to create anything we wanted, but the new tools allow for no creativity, provide little to no options, and are of inferior quality.
8. My Samsung phone and another free editor have more editing abilities than this paid for editor.
9. This app is very disappointingI used to use this app a lot, a lot of the free features were awesome a few years ago.
10. I used to LOVE using this app to touch up photos! Now, there's annoying pop up ads, that they force you to watch before continuing to edit.
11. Waste of time trying to use it.Free version is just advertising.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Facetune Issues
1. Fix Facetune Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Facetune: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Facetune App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Facetune" » Open Facetune: Hair, Photo Editor » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Facetune » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Facetune: Hair, Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Facetune servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Facetune: Hair, Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Facetune app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Facetune might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Facetune. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Facetune then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Facetune not working
2. Fix Facetune Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Facetune be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Facetune not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Facetune may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I can not open the app at least not beyond a screen that shows a i on of a camera and a photo icon the word “Facetune2” in between and that is it. Nothing opens nothing happens if you click icons. I have deleted and reinstalled app. Still nothing. Have been a customer for at least 3 years. Always used an iphone. Have never had this trouble,

The app is no longer working as of 20 Dec 2020. I have a paid subscription, good until May 2021. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and I have the most up-to-date iOS version on my iPhone. HELP!

Good evening
I'm sending you this message because I have a question about my subscription. I have subscribed to that app until juin 2021 and I'm very satisfied about its ifficiency, however I have changed my phone from a Android to an IOS, and so I can no longer have my premium use of the app on my iphone, even if I have a subscription on an android.
I would like to know if its possible to pass my subscription from android to IOS, so I don't have to pay again for the same service.
