Hi, so I was buying a subscription for motionleap and it said £1 every month so I thought it would just take £1 so I payed but it took £17 for the whole year which I didn’t want. I’d willingly pay for the £5 every month version but £17 was a little too much could I have a refund please?

Im reaching out because I tried your app 3 months ago. Made sure to cancel my subscription. I have been charged 20 times since. Im enraged and would appreciate a refund ASAP.

Please get in touch. I was 3/4 the way through a music video for my next release using the basic Pixaloop. Then when I went into app nothing was working. So I upgraded to Pixaloop pro and it’s worse than the basic version. Where is anchor? I was getting really effective results before. Now if I paint an area to anchor it and draw a movement arrow near it I don’t get any movement at all. Massively effecting the results. Also none of my previous projects before “upgrading” work. I’m paying for a product that is worse. Im happy paying but want increased functionality not less. I don’t care about the gimmicky effects etc that I can now use, I want the main point of Pixaloop (the movement) to work.

You suspended my account. There was a mixup. I bought the $19.99 pixaloop for one year. It worked very well with my iPad. Then a few weeks later I bought the $59.99 package of all the products for one year. Those products would not work with my iPad. The next day I tried to cancel the new product on line but your cancel app would not work. I went to my bank and stopped payment on just the -59.99 programs not the $19.99 1 year. If I need to rebuy the 19.99 pa mage I will do so. But I can’t because you suspended my account. Please unsuspend the account and I will rebuy the program.
