1. which muscles are enhaged and...liked it at the beginning, since it set up an exercise journey based on the questionaire... it did fit me perfectly, went on for a month, then the journey just dissapeard from my Dashboard and only option available is to book a session with a coach... if i wanted that, i would go to the gym... so, I'm not impressed at the moment, but still hoping it's just a glitch update: they fixed it, it works perfectly now :)The workouts are great, but when you participate in challenges the workouts have to be 20 mins.
2. It's also awesome that it counts everything down, which makes it not annoying and easy to play your own music at the same time! I also love that all the workouts make you sweat and are between 30-45 mins long.
3. The recommended workout is all of a sudden stuck in the same session and set of workouts when I try to reopen the app.
4. The application itself requires a slightly better User experience... Screen needs to stop timing out and going black during sessions, and a screen casting option to a TV would be better.Will be using this app very soon and may come back and update the rating.
5. If app technical issues were fixed it would be 5 stars.Definitely my favorite way to work out at home during covid! Easy to follow and you can make it as hard or as easy as you want.
6. The workouts are clearly made by a algorithm rather than a person and sometimes don't make sense.Low quality, app doesn't close trainers are too small.
7. Its not clear who to get in touch with for technical help - please can someone let me know how to get this fixed?This used to be a good app supported by my company and all of a sudden everything change with the new updates and new look.

9. Would be nice if you could have an exercise programme built in for the User, as well as a filter option for exercises with/without weights.
10. I am assuming they don't include the rest times, which is ridiculous as the purpose of HIIT is to work hard then rest for short periods of time.
11. The recent refresh just added more issues rather than improve the workouts.
