1. Now back to the Program 🙂 Previous Review: Paid for the full app twice (on Apple and Android) and then the subscription model rolled out and removed features that I had been using.
2. They also removed the +/- buttons for adding/removing weights, forcing you to do the math every single time you want to change the weight (probably to encourage users to pay for the subscription).
3. That's a great benefit.I decided to download this app after researching the best available options for a program that offers guidance and helps its users reach and surpass their plateaus.
4. Auto records the weight, auto timer with audible sound when it's time to lift, plate calculator for when my brain is stupid at 5am.
5. A few weeks in, and I feel stronger and am making gains.Update: Per the Developer's instructions, I was able to access all of the Power Pack features I purchased in 2018! Thanks for the quick response.
6. Keeps track of your previous workouts and displays graphs to show your progress.
7. My complaint is with the fact that I've paid for two different upgrades throughout the lifespan of this app, only to have my features taken away as they yet again change and move to a subscription model.
8. Not only that, but the apps own math is wrong sometimes, and it doesn't show the correct weight per side due to not adding bar weight.
9. I've been a long time user that comes and goes and it's really great how much they update the app.
10. This is my first attempt at a workout program and the app makes the process easy and fun.
11. It provides recommended weight progression based on your input but also allows you to customize the weight.
