1. I don't actually understand them all but don't really care to know either. The ranges for glucose levels are unrealistic: 70-130 for a fasting??? Not to mention that the app doesn't allow people to mark the entry as fasting, even UNDER events! I did discover that by closing the app and reopening it along with keeping the meter on, both the meter and app sync with each other.
2. I may need to replace it if it no longer synchs. Not "one touch." The meter doesn't automatically register the reading to the phone app when you test like the ContourNext One does.
3. I was forced due to insurance to switch to one touch and it has been a complete downgrade.Has sync issues that require you to manually sync, and doesn't date your readings accurately.
4. This is the meter that my doctor prescribed, but my old meter had a much more helpful app for tracking.I'm not sure what the problem is but the app does not stay in sync with my glucometer.
5. I synced my glucometer to the app on both of my electronic devices and now it tells me to sync again yet there's nowhere in the app to sync with the meter again.
6. It turns itself off when you remove the test strip and you have to then turn the meter back on to get it to sync with the app.
7. The app is not that great and if my endo hadn't prescribed the meter she did I would uninstall it like YESTERDAY.The app is fine, but I prefer the mySugr app to this one.
8. The meter will link (?) with my account but, the results do not show up on my app on my phone. It's ok, mysugr is better.
9. I also used my old meter's app to track my blood pressure at the same time, but you can't add in just a straight text note.
10. I gave it a 3 because the PC software and app features are decent but it's not very high tech. This app is constantly having problems syncing with my meter.
11. The need to always first open the app before taking my blood, so my readings will synced with my app (not the meter).
I cannot send my Doctor a 30 day report of my Blood Glucose readings.
I've Uninstaller and reinstalled the app several times, and it still will not access the One Touch Reveal Platform, with the data I need to send to my doctor.
Can you please help.
